This suit is used and has some small pinholes at the front. Further it is in a very good condition. Size Medium.
The boy on the pictures is 1.88m (6'2") and 64kg (142 lbs). You definitely shouldn't be taller, otherwise it really fits too tight. When you are quite some heavier, then you need to be significantly shorter than 1.88m to fit in.
