The most important things to know are:
* Shipping will follow 1-3 days after payment is received in a neutral package. Registered shipments which must be brought to the post office can take a few days longer before they are shipped.

* Priority shipping costs for 2012 within Europe:
-- Underwear: €3.50 for the 1st item + €1.00 for each following item.
-- Sportswear: €5.50 for the 1st item + €2.00 for each following item.
-- Combination Under- & Sportswear: See above at 'Sportswear' + €1.00 for each Underwear item.

* Registered / Signed for + Track & Trace shipping costs for 2012 within Europe, no matter how many items:
-- insurance until €50.00 for all European countries: €11.00 (only if the envelope is max. 3cm thick)
-- insurance until €500.00 for BE, D, GB, Lux, DK, FR, IT, ES, Austria, Sweden: €15.00
-- insurance until €500.00 for all other European countries (excl. Russia): €21.00


* Registered / Signed for + Track & Trace shipping costs for 2012 outside Europe, no matter how many items:
-- insurance until €50.00: €17.50 (only if the envelope is max. 3cm thick)
-- insurance until €500.00: €26.50
Please note that Track & Trace is not available for all countries, but each shipment can still be traced by the postal services themselves when a shipment is lost.
Only when NOT paid through PayPal there are cheaper shipping options.

* Shipping is always at buyers risk.

* Exchange or money-back is not possible because of sanitairy reasons.

* Payment options:

Ordering/Down payment of (full)bodysuits and several swimwear items:
It is impossible to have and keep in stock all those colours and sizes that are available.
But we order several times per year from the manufacturers, so everybody who is patient can get the item(s) that he wants.
Per swimwear item you have to make a down payment of €5.00. (Full)bodysuits €20.00. An order will not be a definitive order until the down payment has been received. As soon as your items are in stock, you will get noticed of it and you have 5 weeks to take care of the rest of the payment. If that money is not received within those 5 weeks, the order will be cancelled and the down payment will not be refunded to you.
