The most important things to know are:
* Shipping will follow 1-3 days after payment is received in a neutral package. Registered shipments and post packets which must be brought to the post office and can take a few days longer.

* Priority shipping costs from March 2010 within Europe (standard shipping is no longer available):
-- Underwear: €3.00 for the 1st item + €1.00 for each following item.
-- Sportswear: €5.00 for the 1st item + €2.00 for each following item.
-- Combination Under- & Sportswear: See above at 'Sportswear' + €1.00 for each Underwear item.
* Post Packet (insured until €500.00 within E.U., €146.00 outside E.U.):
-- Belgium, Germany, U.K., Luxemburg, Denmark, France, Italy, Spain, Austria, Sweden: €15.00
-- All other European countries: €19.50

* Shipping costs for 2010 outside Europe:
0-250 gram: 6.00(P) - 13.00(R) - 25.00(PP)
250-500 gr: 11.00(P) - 13.00(R) - 25.00(PP)
500-2 kilo: 22.50(R) - 25.00(PP)
(P)= Priority shipping
(R)= Registered priority shipping: this is insured until €50.00
(PP) = Registered Post Packet: this is insured until €146.00
Unfortunately the cheaper "Standard" shipping is no longer offered by the Dutch postal services.

* Spandex4Men does not take any responsibility regarding damage and/or loss during shipment.
* Exchange or money-back is not possible because of sanitairy reasons.
* Spandex4Men is a private person, not a company.

* Payment options:
-- By wire banktransfer in Euros when you are a EU citizen
-- Sending cash via registered mail
-- By credit card through PayPal (you pay 4% extra to cover PayPal costs with a minimum of €1.50). Orders from Italy that are paid by PayPal will only be sent by Registered Mail or Post Packet. This rule may also count for other countries.


Ordering/Down payment of (full)bodysuits and several swimwear items:
It is impossible to have and keep in stock all those colours and sizes that are available.
But we order several times per year from the manufacturers, so everybody who is patient can get the item(s) that he wants.
Per swimwear item you have to make a down payment of €5.00. (Full)bodysuits €20.00. An order will not be a definitive order until the down payment has been received. As soon as your items are in stock, you will get noticed of it and you have 5 weeks to take care of the rest of the payment. If that money is not received within those 5 weeks, the order will be cancelled and the down payment will not be refunded to you.
